IT'S A REST DAY: One of the reasons we include three rest days in each training week is to help prevent injuries. Many injuries come from overuse, that is, from overdoing it. That's why it's so important to increase your exercise slowly and gradually. Too little is better than too much, especially if it's early in your program. Also, be aware that it's common to experience some aches and pains, especially if you're still getting used to regular exercise. These aches and pains should only last a few days. We'll talk a little more about that tomorrow.
