Day 011 - Water and hydration

IT'S A REST DAY: Are you drinking enough water? Eight glasses a day is the absolute minimum for active people; 10 or 12 is much better. Don't wait until you're thirsty to drink. By the time you're thirsty, you're already somewhat dehydrated, and this will make you feel much more tired on your walks than you would otherwise.
