IT'S A REST DAY: In this program you'll have four workouts and three rest days every week. You'll do each workout twice (that is, on two different days). After the second repetition, either the intensity or distance of your walks will increase in the subsequent workout. These increases are very gradual, so you should be able to follow the progression without difficulty. However, if you consistently feel very tired after your workouts, you may be overtraining. If so, consider doing ActiveRoute's Very Easy Walking Program first.
