IT'S A REST DAY: One of the reasons we emphasize listening to your body, and include three rest days in each training week, is to help prevent injuries. Many injuries come from overuse, that is, from overdoing it. That's why it's so important to increase your exercise slowly and gradually. Too little is better than too much, especially if it's early in your program. So if you were very tired after your Block 12 workout yesterday, go back to Block 11 until you're really ready to move on. Also, be aware that it's common to experience some aches and pains, especially if you're still getting used to regular exercise. These aches and pains should only last a few days.
