Day 028 - Congratulations!!!

44-minute walk (2.1-2.2 miles)        Training via ActiveMail

BLOCK 8: WALK FOR 44 MINUTES WITH A DISTANCE GOAL OF 2.1 TO 2.2 MILES: Congratulations -- this is your second Block 8 workout! If you feel good an hour after today's walk, it means you've finished your first walking program! What's the next step, so to speak? First, remember to keep listening to your body. If you DO feel tired an hour after today's walk, keep repeating Block 8, or even go back to Block 7 before returning to Block 8. When you feel rested an hour after a Block 8 workout on at least two days, you'll be ready to move on to next walking program, the Easy Walking Program (as opposed to this one, the Very Easy Walking Program). The Easy Walking Program is identical to this one except that the times and distances continue to increase gradually. Be sure to keep listening to your body -- remember your long-term goals and don't try to push ahead too quickly -- and keep up the rewards!
