BLOCK 6: WALK FOR 36 MINUTES WITH A DISTANCE GOAL OF 1.7 TO 1.8 MILES: How about a reward today for sticking with the program this far? You're doing great! Do you know how long it's taking you to walk a mile? If not, time it today -- don't try to walk any faster than usual; just walk as briskly as you usually do. Eventually you should be able to walk a mile in 15 minutes or less, and to maintain that pace for 45 minutes to an hour.
