IT'S A REST DAY: Sports clothing and accessories make good rewards because they help enforce your new commitment to getting fit. If, at the end of the week, you've reached your goal of working out for the specified time for four days, buy yourself some exercise shorts, a sports top, new sports socks, a water bottle, or a good-looking visor. Your rewards certainly don't have to be expensive, but they should be consistent -- reward yourself every time you meet your goals.
