IT'S A REST DAY: One of the reasons we emphasize listening to your body, and include three rest days in each training week, is to help prevent injuries. Many injuries come from overuse, that is, from overdoing it. That's why it's so important to progress with your exercise program slowly and gradually. Too little is better than too much at the start of your program. So if you were very tired after your Block 4 workout yesterday, go back to Block 3 until you're really ready to move on. Also, be aware that it's common to experience some aches and pains whenever you start a new fitness program. These aches and pains should only last a few days.
