Day 056 - Happy Endings

Train for an hour and a half at your sport of choice.        Training via ActiveMail

On our last day together, I encourage you to finish off the training series we've been doing on the final day of every week. Whether it's cycling, running, or rock climbing, attack it with vigor for at least an hour and a half (from here on out, after all, you're on your own.) Relish the new strength and vigor your body has developed: it will stand you in good stead in every aspect of your life. If you're hungry for more, try starting the program over, increasing your weight load and cardiovascular intensity level. Otherwise, take what you've learned and mix it up, making sure to keep challenging yourself. It's been a pleasure working (out) with you!
