Welcome to the halfway mark: it's been great working with you. The time has arrived to review your progress. Have you been satisfied with your cardio regime? Do you feel as though you are still progressing with your strength training, or do should you take it up a notch? (If the 10th-12th repetitions are a cake walk, you need heavier weights.) Do you feel comfortable with your form in each exercise, or should you consult with a personal trainer to be on the safe side? If you are training for a specific event, do you feel that you're on track with regard to your timetable? Spend today relaxing as you ponder these questions, and recharge for Part Deux.
