Day 014 - Call of the Wild
Minimum: 1 hr of cardio, preferably outdoors.

Time to explore the great outdoors. If at all possible, hit the trails for a mountain bike ride/ hike/rock climbing extravaganza. If not, don your virtual reality glasses and picture the gym as your own personal Mount Everest. Hit it for a minimum of an hour today.
