RACE DAY: This is the day you've been preparing for! Get to the site 1.5 to 2 hours before the start so you can warm up. Warm up as follows: do an easy 10' to 15' run; stretch; do an easy 15' to 20' bike ride; and swim 5' to 10'. Think positive thoughts only! You'll do great! If you're wondering how to continue your training tomorrow when you graduate from this program -- just sign up for this training program again and keep repeating it. When you sign up, start at the beginning again, so you'll get the benefits of the first two weeks of active recovery. Don't worry -- you won't be repeating the exact same workouts you did the first time around, because you'll be able to go faster and longer at the same level of perceived exertion. You may even find that you've moved up a level in one or more of the activities; for example, if you started out as an Age-Group-level swimmer, you may be an Elite swimmer now.
