Day 076 - Swim, bike, and run

Swim + bike + run (all at level 1-2)        Training via ActiveMail

SWIM, BIKE, AND RUN: SWIM: (1) Swim 5' to 15' easy to warm up. (2) Swim 2 x 25 fast. BIKE: Ride 10' to 30' easy. Ride your race-ready bike. RUN: Run 5' to 15'. The idea is to loosen up so you can stretch.
