Day 072 - Bike, then run to loosen up

Bike (level 2.5-4) + run (level 2)        Training via ActiveMail

BIKE AND RUN: RIDE OUTDOORS OR INDOORS. OUTDOOR WORKOUT: Ride for one hour at L2.5. Include 3 x 3' at L4. INDOOR: Ride for 40' at L2.5. Include 3 x 3' at L4. Rest 1' between hard efforts. RUN: Run for one mile at L2 to loosen up.
