RUN: Before you run, eat a "pre-race" meal. That is, eat what you plan to eat before your next race; this will be your chance to see how it works for you. Age Group level: 35'-45'; Elite level: 45'-55'; Pro level: 50'-60'. Keep the pace conversational. Run with a group if possible.
