Day 044 - Run, bike, and run!

Run (level 2) + bike (level 3) + run (level 4)        Training via ActiveMail

RUN, BIKE, AND RUN: (1) Run 15' at Level 2. (2) Bike 45' at Level 3, increasing the intensity every 9 minutes. (3) Run 15' at Level 4. Run at your 10K race pace. Don't rest between any of these 3 legs of the workout!
