Day 037 - Interval brick workout today

BIKE AND RUN: This combination workout is also known as a "Brick" workout. Today you're doing an interval brick workout. Set up your stationary bicycle trainer at the track or by a marked course. Alternate between 15 minutes on the bike and 1 mile of running. Complete this cycle 3 times. Increase the bike intensity each time; hold the run time steady.
