Day 030 - Bike ride!

Bike (level 2.5)        Training via ActiveMail

BIKE: Ride at L2.5; do the outdoor OR indoor workout. Outdoor: ride 75'; ride in easy gears at high RPM. Use your favorite easy course. Indoor: ride 45' total, broken out into 9 sets of 4' cruise + 1' at 100+ RPM in an easy gear. Do these sets continuously (no rest between them).
