Double-session day. Morning: BIKE. Indoor: Age Group: 30'; Elite: 35'; Pro: 40'. Include 3 x 4' at L3 and 1 x 4' at L4. Outdoor: Age Group: 60'; Elite: 70'; Pro: 80'. Ride steady with 3 x 4' L3 bursts on flat terrain. Afternoon/evening: RUN. Age Group: 30'; Elite: 35'; Pro: 40'. Run at L2. Pick nice scenery!
