Tip of the Day:
Congratulations on crossing the finish line! You should now look and feel ready to hit the surf. Four weeks is not a lot of time, but you should feel as though you jump-started your engine. By now your biceps, triceps, legs, and abs should be feeling much stronger, and you should be seeing some definition. If you've also been doing cardiovascular activity, your heart is now beating stronger and more efficiently, and all of that flexibility work means that your toes are hopefully within reach. Remember, fitness is not just for a season, it's for life, so keep up the good work. Now throw on that suit and have a great time this summer!
