Another nutrition tip: drink a glass of water before eating a meal. It will fill you up, and prevent you from overeating. Also, before heading back for seconds, wait twenty minutes: it takes that long for your stomach to send the signal that it's all filled up and ready to go. You may realize in that time that you don't need anything else. Finally, take the time to chew every bite (your mother probably told you this one.) There are no taste buds in your stomach: most of us tend to overeat because we're pressed for time and gulp our food down. Take your time and relish every bite.
