Day 073 - Hill repeats

Run (level 4-5)        Training via ActiveMail

RUN: (1) Warm up for 30'. (2) Do 6 x 90"-120" hill repeats at your 10K race pace. Rest 2' between efforts. (3) Do 6 x 60"-90" hill repeats at your 10K race pace. Rest 2' between efforts. (4) Warm down for 20' to 30'.
