Day 066 - Fast finishes

Run (level 2-3) + strides + stretch        Training via ActiveMail

RUN: (1) Warm up for 30' at L2. (2) Run 10' at 10K race pace (L4), then run 1' at L2 to recover. (3) Run 8' at race pace, then run 1' at L2. (4) Run 7' at L4, then run 20' at L2. STRIDES: Do 3 x 100-meter strides. Work on finishing races fast.
