Bike (level 2-4) + run (level 2-4)        Training via ActiveMail

BIKE: Choose between the outdoor and indoor workouts. OUTDOORS: Ride for 90' and include 1 x 20' at L4. INDOORS: Ride for 90' and include 1 x 20' at L4, then do a 20' cooldown. RUN: Run 1 mile at L2, then 3 miles at L3-L4.
