RUN: Before you run, eat a "pre-race" meal. That is, eat what you plan to eat before your next race; this will be your chance to see how it works for you. Also, drink some of the sports drinks that will be available on course at your event to try them out. Age Group level: 60'-70'; Elite level: 65'-75'; Pro level: 70'-80'. Keep the pace conversational. Run with a group if possible.
