Run (level 2) + bike (level 3) + run (level 4)        Training via ActiveMail

RUN, BIKE, AND RUN: (1) Run 25' at Level 2. (2) Bike 60' at Level 3. (3) Run 25' at Level 4. Run at your 10K race pace. Don't rest between any of these 3 legs of the workout!
