Day 037 - Interval brick workout today

Bike (level 3) + run (level 3)        Training via ActiveMail

BIKE AND RUN:

This combination workout is also known as a "Brick" workout. Today you're doing an interval brick workout. Set up your stationary bicycle trainer at the track or by a marked course. Alternate between 20 minutes on the bike at L3, and 2 miles of running at L3. Complete this cycle 3 times without resting. Increase the bike intensity each time; hold the run time steady.
