Morning: BIKE.

Indoor:

Age Group: 35';

Elite: 40';

Pro: 45'.



Include 3 x 6' at L3 and 3 x 4' at L4.



Outdoor:

Age Group: 70';

Elite: 80';

Pro: 90'.



Ride steady with 3 x 8' L3 bursts on flat terrain.



Afternoon/evening: RUN.

Age Group: 40';

Elite: 45';

Pro: 50'.

Run at L2. Pick nice scenery!
