Day 055 - Long Off-Road Run

Aerobic/Anaerobic: Run 50 min. @ RPE 7.5        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY IS A CARDIO DAY THAT IS MOSTLY AEROBIC.



WU 10 min.

Run 50+ min. Off-road, if possible. RPE 7.5



Training tip: Remember, one of the greatest skills that you've built over the past 8 weeks is your ability to team your mind with your body to gain strength, endurance, agility, spatial awareness using a variety of terrain. Today, treat yourself to a long run on a path you've not run before, preferably an off-road trail with a variety of terrain. Think about form; be light on your feet, run smoothly, efficiently, with economy of motion. Don't forget to breathe "low and slow," using your diaphragm. Enjoy!
