TODAY IS A REST/ACTIVE REST DAY.
If you are feeling stiff from yesterday's workout, then go for a spin on the bike, take a brisk walk or a light jog, followed by some stretching. Drink plenty of water today and eat healthy, unprocessed foods. Your body will thank you!
