Training tip: De-stress with nature. We humans have always been attracted to the natural elements like air, water, fire, plants and flowers. That's because these things have a natural calming affect on us. Today, take time out to enjoy the natural elements around you with a run through the park, head up a winding mountain trail, or hit the beach and run on the water's edge. Be sure to observe the colors, feel the texture under-foot and enjoy the aroma of the natural surroundings.
