You've been at it now for 4 weeks and by now, if you've been faithful to your training program, you should see changes in your body, enjoying noticeable gains in strength and endurance, and perhaps some inches lost. You are probably noticing that you're more agile, balanced, relaxed and focused during your workouts. You are halfway through your program, keep up the good work! Base/core work is in place and it's time to add more variety and intensity to your routine. So rest up!
