TODAY IS A CARDIO DAY.
Training tip: Try to run a different route, or run your regular route in reverse. Work on diaphragmatic breathing and try to feel the terrain under your feet. Try to be light on your feet and feel the texture of the terrain underfoot. This is will enhance kinesthetic awareness, agility and balance for many of the sports and outdoor activities that your do throughout the year.

Run for 35 minutes on flat terrain. RPE 6.5-7
