TODAY IS A REST DAY. Congratulations on another great week of training!



Training tip: Nutrition basics--drink at least 1.5 to 2 liters of water per day and more if you are working out in the heat. Eat a variety of fresh produce, clean proteins (not processed, high in fat and sodium), and wholesome carbs like whole grains. Skip the sugary nutrition bars

unless you'll be working out for more then 2 hours at a time.

Those bars are similar to candy and meant for endurance athletes. A

better choice for quick energy that's easy stow in a pocket, would be dried fruit.
