ride: 1 hour, 2 sets 6x2(1) alternate 95 rpm with 90. 95% effort

Day 080 - aerobic recovery
run- 40min easy

Day 081 - leg speed
run- 45min 7x 1min at 90% alternating 30 second recovery with 1 minute recovery, ride 45 min. easy

Day 082 - one day training vacation
rest

Day 083 - get the body moving again.
run- 20min easy with 5 strides, ride: 40 minutes with 5x 30 sec. gradual accelerations

Day 084 - Race Day!
