ride: 1 hour easy, heart rate 120's, 4x20 revolutions per leg single leg sets

TODAY, Ride: 1 hour easy, heart rate 120's. Include 4x20 revolutions per leg single leg sets. Make sure you go easy. Unclip one leg and pedal 20 strokes with the other leg. Alternate legs four times.
