Day 048 - Brick day

Day 48: Bike 22 miles, run 20 minutes        Training via ActiveMail

Day 48: Bike 22 miles and run 20 minutes immediately after. Again, this is an overdistance bike day. It is a confidence booster in that you know you can finish this distance, so race day will be a piece of cake (or an energy bar or banana if you prefer a lower-fat analogy)!
