Day 38: Bike 15 miles or Spinning class        Training via ActiveMail

Day 38: Bike 15 miles or take a Spinning class. Again, keep your leg rotation speed up. Keep your hips steady and focus on the power in your glutes (butt muscles), hamstrings (back of thighs), and quadriceps (front of thighs). Push down with your heels to get the full power of your stroke.
