Day 037 - Pacing run and technique swim

Day 37: Swim 600m, run 4.2 miles        Training via ActiveMail

Day 37: Swim 600 meters and run 4.2 miles. Concentrate on running tall with hips forward, gliding through your stride. For swimming, concentrate on your technique, doing drills and focusing on your "catch" (the point where your hand enters the water) and "recovery" (the point where your arm leaves the water again to prepare for the next catch).
