Day 35:Swim 500 meters and run 3.5 miles. Do you feel that you are "finding yourself in your training"? By now it has become a part of you, a part of your daily life. It's a natural stress reducer and revitalizer. Use this day as an easy recovery day. You are working hard and your body thanks you.
