Day 34: Bike 15 miles, then run 12 minutes        Training via ActiveMail

Day 34: Bike 15 miles, then run 12 minutes immediately after. Today is another brick day. Take it easy. During your ride, find your inner strength. Reflect on why you are training and on your drive to do the triathlon. It is a great motivator to find your inner soul--it speaks volumes without making a single sound.
