Day 32: Bike 13 miles or take a Spinning class. Work on your cadence and speed. Are you feeling the difference now that you have been strengthening your core muscles? You may find that as you sit at your desk you don't slouch as much. Core strength isn't just for triathlon, but for daily activity as well! Keep up the good work!
