Day 029 - Ease off

Day 29: Swim 300m, run 2 miles: EASY RECOVERY        Training via ActiveMail

Day 29: Swim 300 meters and run 2 miles. EASY RECOVERY. The idea behind an easy week is to allow you to recover both mentally and physically. If you wake up tired, and cannot find any motivation, it's OK to take the day off. Remember, you won't lose your fitness if you listen to your body and allow for rest.
