Day 23: Bike 45-50 minutes, hill repeats        Training via ActiveMail

Day 23: Bike 45-50 minutes and include hill repeats. Concentrate on feeling the power in your pedal stroke and the core muscles stabilizing you. Then do your strength-training and core strength exercises. This is a big strength day, since you're doing hill repeats (which is like on-the-bike strength training) plus all your other strength work.
