Day 8: Swim 300m, run 2 miles

Day 8: Swim 300 meters and run 2 miles: Go at an EASY recovery pace, and drink, drink, drink. Being dehydrated can decrease your performance by as much as 11%! Drinking water throughout the day is an excellent idea but don't forget to hydrate during your workouts as well.
