Day 006 - Run and swim day

Day 6: Run 2.5 miles, swim 500m straight        Training via ActiveMail

Day 6: Run 2.5 miles and swim 500 meters. Do the entire 500-meter swim without stopping. As we said on Day 1, on days like today, where you're doing two sports, you don't need to do them one right after the other unless we specifically say so. You can either do them consecutively or do a morning and evening workout, whichever works best for you. This day of the week will become your longer swim day, focusing on your stroke and technique. The run is to keep your legs turning over.
