Day 003 - Cycling
Day 3: Spinning class or stationary cycling, 45 min

Day 3: Take a Spinning class or ride the stationary bike for 45 minutes. Concentrate on your pedal stroke: Sinking your heel on the downward stroke is key to powering your stroke. Pull up with your hamstrings, push down through your heel. Today keep your heart rate in the 70 to 75% zone (hard aerobic). To calculate your target heart rate range for today, take 220 minus your age and multiply that number by 0.7 and 0.75.
