WALK FOR 30 MINUTES: Congratulations -- you did it! You finished your 5K training program. Great job!! Today, walk for 30 minutes to help get any stiffness or soreness out of your legs. While you're enjoying your walk, think about your next training goals. Do you want to train for another 5K, still following an "easy" program but challenging yourself a little more than you did this time around? If so, try the Easy 5K Training Program by Coach April Powers. Or do you want to try a faster 5K? Take a look at the ActiveRoute Advanced 5K Training Program, developed by Coach April Powers. If you're thinking about training for a longer race, try Coach April's 7K programs or 10K programs.
