Day 038 - How are you feeling?

REST OR WALK FOR 20 MINUTES: Go by how you're feeling. If you have lots of energy, run; if you're tired or sleep-deprived you can take the day off. Don't walk just because your Inner Overachiever says you "should," and don't make excuses not to walk if you're really feeling fine. Let your body tell you what to do today.
