Day 029 - Hit the dirt

REST OR WALK FOR 20 MINUTES: Although your walking surface doesn't affect you as much as your running surface does, dirt is still easier on the ol' bod than asphalt or concrete. Try doing as much of your walking on dirt paths as you can. Dirt paths are more likely to occur in scenic locations, too, so you'll get a double benefit.
